Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom wigs, chemically altered hair, custom coloring, wig construction, or ready-to-ship wig services. Sale items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds or returns will be provided. If cancellation is made after 24 hours but within 48 hours, a cancellation fee of $75 will be deducted from the refund.
Important Disclaimers:
- Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it — no changes to delivery address, shipping method, or items.
- Please verify your shipping address carefully before checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- For lost, stolen, or missing packages after shipment, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
- Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships and may take up to 48 hours to update.
