⏳ Processing Times

  • Payment Confirmation: Please allow 24 hours for payment confirmation and order processing.

  • Pre-Orders: 14–21 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Lace Products: 3–5 business days.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 24–48 hours.

  • Custom Wigs / Build-A-Wig / Coloring Services: 14–21 business days due to customization.

📦 Shipping Times

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): 2–3 business days.

  • International Orders: 5–7 business days (customs may cause additional delays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package in real time.


💻 Digital Products

For ebooks, guides, and digital downloads:

  • All digital products are delivered instantly via download after purchase.

  • No physical item will be shipped.

  • If you do not receive your download link immediately after checkout, please reach out to us so we can resend it.


🖊️ Signature Requirement

For physical products, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.


⚠️ Delivery Claims

  • Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order, as we cannot modify addresses once an order has shipped.

  • Lacedbyfaz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that have been confirmed as “delivered” by the carrier.

  • If you believe your package is lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

  • Refunds or credits are not issued for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
